Great stay! The hotel is very clean , The staff are always available and ready to answer any questions, which made the stay very comfortable. Perfect place to stay — highly recommended!

Amazing spa area, staff were really nice, beautiful surroundings, free parking, spacious room.
Areas for improvement:
The dinner at the restaurant was disappointing and expensive, the location is pretty close to Gardaland but it requires driving. Too bad we only stayed there for one night!

Overall, our stay was pleasant. Our room was small but clean and functional. The pool was pleasant, and the breakfast was good, if a little busy! The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Areas for improvement:
Our shower design was odd - the water spilled onto the bathroom floor, which was a concern I let the staff know about. Funny little thing, but tea bags weren't replaced each day in the room when clean...
